I booked and hired a Vauxhall Zafira from you on the 13th August 2004 from Heathrow. May I congratulate you on your service. I checked a few weeks before picking up the vehicle that all our details were correct and they were. When we came to pick up the vehicle there were no hiccups which in my experiece are unusual. The car company were extremely professional, they took our details quickly and we proceeded to collect the vehicle and off we went.

We had a young child and a baby with us, laden with suitcases and obviously after a flight you wish to get to your destination as quickly as possible as the children become very tired. We hire cars frequently but have never had such good service before. There were no hidden extras as you provided fully what the cost would be.

Many thanks, we shall definitely be booking our car hire with yourselves in the future.

Dear John and Kathleen,

Many thanks indeed for the splendid service you have given my wife and I during our almost six weeks holiday in the UK. I used several of your cars during a lengthy holiday last year, and I had no hesitation in booking with you again this year.

Shortly before our arrival on 14^th August, I changed the booking for a 1.6l automatic to a 1.8l automatic, and I was very pleasantly surprised to pick up a 2.4 Volvo S 80 on arrival at Glasgow Airport.

The only minor criticism I have with the Blue Wheels/National/Alamo service would be in the form of a suggestion. As last year, I experienced minor difficulties in finding the depots. This actually started off in Glasgow Airport, where, with all my considerable luggage (two sets of golf clubs, four cases and hand baggage) we struggled out to the National carpark and rental station to find that it was the return station and that the actual office was inside the domestic terminal. Then I had fun locating the National depot in Exeter! Marsh Mills industrial estate is an incredible maze of new streets and buildings, many of them being cul de sacs. I remember last year also getting in a stew trying to find the Nottingham office.

My suggestion is, therefore: once a booking is confirmed, could the hirer at the website be directed to a page where a mudmap of the pick-up and delivery offices could be printed? I would have found that extremely helpful.

Once again I have had such good service that I will be telling friends who are likely to use a hire car that they shouldnt go past Blue Wheels. I shall be very enthusiastic about the way I talk, and I hope that you get some custom from Western Australians. You had a hire three weeks ago from Jim Patterson, from Ballarat in Victoria, who acted on my recommendation and when we saw Jim last Saturday, in Lauder, he was praising your service also, so the message will be taken back to Victoria.

We spoke last year about advertising. As word-of-mouth is the best advertising of all, I shall do my best for your company by my comments to people. Your website is easy to use, and feel free to use any extracts from this letter as you wish, because I really DO feel that you are offering a great service.

Everything went according to plan. For someone living overseas and wanting to rent a vehicle in the UK this service is excellant and saved me a considerable amount of money. I was also able to hire a vehicle which was not featured on any of the major rental companies web based rental portals but still get the car from one of these.

My wife was extremely impressed with the service that she has received.

So much so that I am also hiring a car from Blue Wheels on my visit to the UK at the end of the month.

If my impression matches my wifes then we will continue to use Blue Wheels whenever we require transport whilst visiting the UK.

Just a note to thank you for two excellent car rentals in England through Alamo. Both reservations were handled smoothly, and both were significantly cheaper than they would have been booking direct. In fact, the Vauxhall Zafira I rented was cheaper than it would have been with EasyCar with all of their limitations and mileage restrictions.
