Amsterdam is proving popular due to its short travel time of just over an hour. During the summer there were 82 flights a week
setting off from Scottish airport to Amsterdam.
New York (the big apple) was a must see destination for Scottish
travellers. It was one of 20 long haul routes with an average
travel time of seven and half hours.
London was a favourite stop off with London’s Gatwick airport
being the most popular of the London airports. Manchester and Bristol airport also proved popular English destinations.
Flights to Dublin in Ireland were very popular for day trips or weekend breaks as low prices are often available.
